I've always done food that can work in a set time frame. The message I'm trying to get across is it doesn't have to take three days to do this. With planning you can do a lot and really have quality food every day.

Well first of all we've got to get away from being offended by the truth. We've seen a 41 percent increase in food stamp recipients across the United States of America since President Obama was sworn in in January 2009. I very rarely came across rude or disrespectful people. I don't know how I slipped by all of them but I honestly can't think of one experience off the top of my head that was like that. I'm sure they're there but I'd have to think really hard to recall them.
