If you or me go to the gas station to fill up our car and it costs us much more than we expected it will zap our discretionary income. We won't have the extra money to buy that washing machine or new winter coat-all big ticket items that are important to economic growth.

I grew up in Texas and people love their American-made muscle cars there. I grew up around people who loved cars and took care of cars and my dad's a big car nut so I learned a little bit about cars - how to love them most importantly. I think that from the time I could remember I've always envisioned myself in a vintage muscle car.

Yes I did and a lot of my friends who are in the same program as I were very much supportive and the most important thing they said to me is do not let this interfere with what you have to do in taking car of yourself. That was the most important thing.
