The chief function of the city is to convert power into form energy into culture dead matter into the living symbols of art biological reproduction into social creativity.

Culture follows power.

Two thousand years ago we lived in a world of Gods and Goddesses. Today we live in a world solely of Gods. Women in most cultures have been stripped of their spiritual power.
