To be a Negro in this country and to be relatively conscious is to be in a rage almost all the time.

No country can act wisely simultaneously in every part of the globe at every moment of time.

If we don't get gun-control laws in this country we are full of beans. To have the National Rifle Association rule the United States is pathetic. And I agree with Mayor Michael Bloomberg: It's time to put up or shut up about gun control for both parties.

As recent as the year 2000 we won elections by saying we shouldn't be the policemen of the world and that we should not be nation building. And its time we got those values back into this country.

It may be true that you can't fool all the people all the time but you can fool enough of them to rule a large country.

The 'Night Train' has already been a crazy ride for me. We flew around making TV appearances and stadium announcements all over the country fueled by little more than coffee and adrenaline... so many fans jumped on board with us and I couldn't be more thankful.

Look folks we know who built this country and we know who is going to rebuild it. It's you. Instead of vilifying you we should be thanking you. We owe you.

Thanks to the Interstate Highway System it is now possible to travel across the country from coast to coast without seeing anything.

I'm so fascinated by the concept of teen pregnancy for some reason. Not that I condone it or promote it but it's just a very real thing in our country and culture.

They are responsible for starting this relationship and wanting to help Africa. The United States is very well suited for this as they are a country that has the capacity they have better access to technology and they are a successful country.

Without competition the spectacular development of technology that we have seen in the last one hundred years in this country would not have happened.

Further the United States is moving ahead in the development of clean coal technology. There are vast coal reserves in our country and when it is burned cleanly coal can provide a resource to supply a large amount of our energy requirements.

I mean when you get down to very low numbers of nuclear weapons and you contemplate going to zero how do you deal with the reality of that technology being available to almost any country that seeks to pursue it? And what conditions do you put in place?

But my view is that you need a system at the border. You need some fencing but you need technology. You need boots on the ground. And then you need to have interior enforcement of our nation's immigration laws inside the country. And that means dealing with the employers who still consistently hire illegal labor.

I think we can be the very best place to start a business to grow a business to invent a new technology to change the world to change the country. But we've got a lot of work to deliver a new California to the people of California.

There used to be this country called the Soviet Union it's not there anymore. Our technology was better than theirs.

What the country needs are a few labor-making inventions.
