One morning just like 9/11 there's going to be a disaster. I have yet to see the United Nations do anything effective with either Iran or North Korea.

I am so blessed. I've been way over-blessed. At 64 years old I look forward to going to bed every night so I can wake up in the morning and see what blessing is going to come my way that day. Because you never ever know what God's got in store for you.

I know a lot of celebrities who are perfectly happy to put their name to something and then leave it at that because the money is good but I need to have complete control over how something is going to look if my name is going to be attached to it.

As kids we didn't complain about being poor we talked about how rich we were going to be and made moves to get the lifestyle we aspired to by any means we could. And as soon as we had a little money we were eager to show it.

All I wanted to do was write - at the time poems and prose too. I guess my ambition was simply to make money however I could to keep myself going in some modest way and I didn't need much I was unmarried at the time no children.
