Before my teen years I was losing my hearing pretty quickly and I was getting very very angry. I was beginning to become an angry person because of that.

The intellectual property situation is bad and getting worse. To be a programmer it requires that you understand as much law as you do technology.

Every time somebody tries to go in and reinvent what we do it always ends up being more about technology and sets and flash and dash forgetting the main thing which is interesting people saying interesting important things.

Really in technology it's about the people getting the best people retaining them nurturing a creative environment and helping to find a way to innovate.

I got so passionate about technology. Hacking to me was like a video game. It was about getting trophies. I just kept going on and on despite all the trouble I was getting into because I was hooked.

Walking and chewing gum if you will. Getting it done in the short-range and delivering a long-range plan and executing on that.

While I was doing stand-up I thought I knew for sure that success meant getting everyone to like me. So I became whoever I thought people wanted me to be. I'd say yes when I wanted to say no and I even wore a few dresses.
