We've been a country that's been fortunate to be protected by two oceans to not have serious attacks on our territory for most of our history. And we were unfortunately reminded in a very devastating way of our vulnerability.

If you believe that health care is a public good to be guaranteed by the state then a single-payer system is the next best alternative. Unfortunately it is fiscally unsustainable without rationing.

New York State is upside down and backwards high taxes and low performance. The New York State government was at one time a national model. Now unfortunately it's a national disgrace. Sometimes the corruption in Albany could even make Boss Tweed blush.

Unfortunately President Obama's failed policies of new regulations higher taxes and Obamacare and his anti-business rhetoric have hit Hispanics especially hard. Big government really hurts those who are trying to make it.

I believe there is something out there watching us. Unfortunately it's the government.

Life takes its path and sometimes there are people to blame. Of course there are bad people in this world. Good bad it happens unfortunately. But in a way I think if there was more focus on the good more good would happen.

Like every other good thing in this world leisure and culture have to be paid for. Fortunately however it is not the leisured and the cultured who have to pay.

Fortunately somewhere between chance and mystery lies imagination the only thing that protects our freedom despite the fact that people keep trying to reduce it or kill it off altogether.

Freedom of speech is always under attack by Fascist mentality which exists in all parts of the world unfortunately.
