For those who aspire to live in a high cost high tax big government place our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist big government paradise you long for.

When the federal government spends more each year than it collects in tax revenues it has three choices: It can raise taxes print money or borrow money. While these actions may benefit politicians all three options are bad for average Americans.

The future is too interesting and dangerous to be entrusted to any predictable reliable agency. We need all the fallibility we can get. Most of all we need to preserve the absolute unpredictability and total improbability of our connected minds. That way we can keep open all the options as we have in the past.

The future battle on the ground will be preceded by battle in the air. This will determine which of the contestants has to suffer operational and tactical disadvantages and be forced throughout the battle into adoption compromise solutions.

We must reinvent a future free of blinders so that we can choose from real options.

Instead of just giving lip service to improving our schools I will actually put the kids first and the teachers union behind in giving our kids better teachers better options and better choices for a better future.
