I don't remember ever deciding to become a performer. I just always was. I began performing by mimicking the performers on the new television that first took the attention away from me as the baby of the household. I continued performing to put a smile on my grandmother's face and always considered her when accepting or declining roles.
I've always loved 3D. In fact as a kid I was exposed to 3D at an early age because my grandfather was a specialist of 3D in cinematheques. And then my cousin put it in 'Science of Sleep' with toilet paper tube cities. But he was a specialist and I always wanted to do something in 3D.
The most watched programme on the BBC after the news is probably 'Doctor Who.' What has happened is that science fiction has been subsumed into modern literature. There are grandparents out there who speak Klingon who are quite capable of holding down a job. No one would think twice now about a parallel universe.
The grand aim of all science is to cover the greatest number of empirical facts by logical deduction from the smallest number of hypotheses or axioms.
In LA I mean here's this place full of desperate and sad people who take their only pleasure from destroying others for the purposes of their own self-aggrandizement.
I've met so many fans of daytime television who've watched the shows with their moms and grandmas and feel like they've known the characters their whole lives. It's sad for them to have to say goodbye to their favorite soaps and characters. We don't want that to happen to the 'Days' fans.
My great-grandfather was in the army in India and we have photographs of my family there in full Victorian dress. They're incredibly romantic.
I always remember having a healthy respect for my grandmother.
I think that people who live in cultures without quite so much privilege opportunity or grandiosity have a little bit more respect for the workings of destiny and the limitations that people can find themselves in through no fault of their own.
But like a born actor who only really wants to direct Gingrich has always been unsatisfied with what he's brilliant at. He can't still his hunger to deliver grand pronouncements on life liberalism conservatism religion and whatever else swims into his consciousness.
If the grandfather of the grandfather of Jesus had known what was hidden within him he would have stood humble and awe-struck before his soul.
It's interesting that I had such a close relationship with my grandfather. Because your parents always judge you: they say 'You shouldn't do this you shouldn't do that.' But with your grandparents you have a feeling that you can say anything or you can do anything and they will support you. That's why you have this kind of connection.
A grandchild is a miracle but a renewed relationship with your own children is even a greater one.
You see I had been riding with the storm clouds and had come to earth as rain and it was drought that I had killed with the power that the Six Grandfathers gave me.
War has always been the grand sagacity of every spirit which has grown too inward and too profound its curative power lies even in the wounds one receives.
In my opinion most of the great men of the past were only there for the beer - the wealth prestige and grandeur that went with the power.
My grandmother always told me you must keep to your old roads and stick to your original friends and just go through smooth be careful and stay positive.
