If there's no inner peace people can't give it to you. The husband can't give it to you. Your children can't give it to you. You have to give it to you.

We can realise a lasting peace and transform the East-West relationship to one of enduring co-operation.

But I do know focusing on the exterior doesn't make me happy. If I want peace and serenity it won't be reached by getting thinner or fatter.
