Society has to change but the political powers we have at the moment are not enough to effect this change. The whole democratic system would have to be rethought.

As I get older I think contrary to modern assumption but in line with the old Lerner and Lowe song that it would actually benefit both them and society if - to quote Professor Higgins - a woman could be more like a man.

As far as a truly radical conscience you have to take it as part of a larger thing that it was sort of historical inevitability that with the coming of a leaguer society people would start to use drugs a lot more then they had before.

If people did not compliment one another there would be little society.

There are many things that people do happily that I can't imagine why they would do it... But I have to say that even though I am critical or judgmental of society at large I'm not critical of people individually. We are who we are.

If we try to engineer outcomes if we overturn tradition to make everyone the same we ruin society. If we upset tradition to allow for an equal shot at the starting gate everyone wins except for the charlatans and would be dictators.

There would be no society if living together depended upon understanding each other.

An emancipated society on the other hand would not be a unitary state but the realization of universality in the reconciliation of differences.

If we had any nerve at all if we had any real balls as a society or whatever you need whatever quality you need real character we would make an effort to really address the wrongs in this society righteously.

A society made up of individuals who were all capable of original thought would probably be unendurable.

No one would talk much in society if they knew how often they misunderstood others.

Crimes against children are the most heinous crime. That for me would be a reason for capital punishment because children are innocent and need the guidance of an adult society.
