Until the June 1967 war I was completely caught up in the life of a young professor of English. Beginning in 1968 I started to think write and travel as someone who felt himself to be directly involved in the renaissance of Palestinian life and politics.

My goal when I started out was to get to the point where I could tour a lot and make a living which means getting paid enough to hire my own band travel and end up with a bit of money but I'm still nowhere near that point. Because I didn't have a band and fan base when I started I did everything backward.

Let us not forget that the European Community started as a project for peace after the terrible Second World War. And today people take for granted the freedom to travel to study to work abroad. And the citizens of one country have almost exactly the same rights as another country.

Then I was lucky I met with my future husband and I started new life with my husband and I was happy again. He was a musician. I start to travel with him through Europe also and around the former Soviet Union.

My kids started school so having a strong base in Melbourne has been a key priority. I'm not daunted by the travel. People say 'It's so far to Australia ' and I say 'You get on the plane you eat well you sleep you wake up - and you're there.'

I travel around the world constantly promoting my projects and endorsing products. Yes I do get paid to go to parties in fact I'm the person who started the whole trend of paid appearances. But when you see me at a party I'm always working or promoting something.

My two secrets to staying healthy: wash your hands all the time. And if you can't use Purell or one of the sanitizers. And the other is hot peppers. I eat a lot of hot peppers. I for some reason started doing that in 1992 and I swear by it.

We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.

'Teen Moms!' I started watching them like the first two seasons and I stopped. I stopped because they are too young. I feel sorry for them. And I didn't watch that show 'Hoarders.' That thing would made my skin crawl.

When I started out as a music journalist at the end of the 1980s it was generally assumed that we were living through the lamest music era the world would ever see. But those were also the years when hip-hop exploded beatbox disco soared indie rock took off and new wave invented a language of teen angst.

I remember feeling that technology was like trying to draw with your foot. In a ski boot. It was the most indirect way to work imaginable but the potential had us all excited. I started in stop motion.

But when we started our product portfolio we focused the mixed signal requirements first for image processing devices and then in audio applications targeting our technology into the growing use of digital technology in consumer markets.

I had two passions growing up - one was music one was technology. I tried to play in a band for a while but I was never talented enough to make it. And I started companies. One day came along and I decided to combine the two - and there was Spotify.

But by the time I was 40 everything was winding down. It started after the war. On the plus side there was more more products and technology. But for me the nightlife was winding down the glamour the fun.

All this technology has not changed the way NFL Films does business and our process. Yes with one touch of a button now you reach millions of people but it is still the same approach that my father and I started out with.

An awful lot of successful technology companies ended up being in a slightly different market than they started out in.

I do home schooling. I went to regular school until fifth grade and then I started doing home schooling which it's completely different. I have a teacher on set with me and I just work with her one-on-one.
