The equation of religion with belief is rather recent.

In the beginning New York and I had kind of a love-hate relationship. It seemed so abrasive compared to Europe. But the transformation here in recent years is really something. I don't think I would have seen as much change if I'd lived in any other city in the world.

My brother and I had a real love-hate relationship with my success. There was some bitterness there that I didn't understand until recently but I told him that if I ever did a record I wanted him to play on it.

I don't remember any sibling rivalry growing up because by the time I was really conscious Tom was going away to college. My relationship with him which is a very close one really developed in more recent years.

I just recently joined Twitter. It's very positive - I love all the accolades. If my ego is hurting I can just open my Twitter account and see 'Oh I love you! I love the show!' and it's great. I'm trying to find the balance between trying to be funny being honest and just being a promoter as the guy on 'Royal Pains.'

It's also a question of finding good material and interesting roles. I'm not the only actress out there and good parts just don't fall into your lap that easily. But I like most of the films I've made recently and so I'm pretty positive about the future.

The Labour party has done more than any other to address gender inequalities through legislation and other means and to increase women's representation in politics which has led to recent increases in the number of female politicians.

I was in the Commons recently and saw a young lady wearing a nice pair of shoes. I said I liked them and she said my shoes were the reason she became involved in politics.

I've been writing a lot of poetry recently. It helps me think and work things out.

Economic medicine that was previously meted out by the cupful has recently been dispensed by the barrel. These once unthinkable dosages will almost certainly bring on unwelcome after-effects. Their precise nature is anyone's guess though one likely consequence is an onslaught of inflation.

But recently I began to feel that maybe I wouldn't be able to do what I want to do and need to do with American musicians who are imprisoned behind these bars music's got these bars and measures you know.

Most recently we've been working in concert situations rather than clubs. because there aren't too many rooms there like Ronnie Scott's that are pure music rooms where people come specifically to listen to music.

Now if you are like me - if you are like practically anybody in America - then you probably hold some negative opinions about the French based upon movies rumors recent headlines unfortunate run-ins with Parisian waiters or... you know... all that unpleasantness surrounding the Vichy regime.

I have come to understand and appreciate writers much more recently since I started working on a book last fall. Before that I thought golf writers got up every morning played a round of golf had lunch showed up for our last three holes and then went to dinner.
