Every moment and every event of every man's life on earth plants something in his soul.

The human mind evolved always in the company of the human body and of the animal body before it was human. The intricate connections of mind and body must exceed our imagination as from our point of view we are peculiarly prevented from observing them.

A lot of my humor centers on the act of telling jokes and I think this can prevent certain audiences from suspending their feeling of disbelief. It might piss a few people off but I can't help it.

Since the goal of my programs is to show audiences how humor can both help them heal as well as deal with not-so-funny stuff I decided to discuss the events of the previous week the pain all of us were feeling and how humor and some laughter might be beneficial.

Down the road I'll probably have a kid or two or three. And there will probably be political events or spiritual things to comment on and humor.

Today I can declare my hope and declare it from the bottom of my heart that we will eventually see the time when that number of nuclear weapons is down to zero and the world is a much better place.
