Family is the most important thing in the world.

I have a Christian worldview and so it shapes the way that I view issues. I don't apologize for that and I don't think people of faith ought to shrink away from being in the public arena.

Mr. Speaker I am deeply concerned that many regions of this world are suffering from the effects of armed conflicts with religious aspects. I believe that the differences of faith are not the real reason for these conflicts.
