May we think of freedom not as the right to do as we please but as the opportunity to do what is right.

Freedom is a man's natural power of doing what he pleases so far as he is not prevented by force or law.

I am very honored for all the distinctions and accolades but what I am most sensitive to is my clientele and the fact they are pleased with my food and my restaurants.
